Sales come in automatically. On the 1st of every month, Gear Gauge pulls last month's pro-shop sales for every location straight from CourtReserve, and the Notebook shows whether each one landed. If one is missing, use Pull From CourtReserve below. You can still import CourtReserve's Item Sales Report (or Category Sales Report) by hand. A full month imported by hand is kept as the official total, and the files don't say which location they came from, so double-check before importing.

Add Or Update A Buyer
Buyers are who POs get assigned to, by category. This doesn't give anyone access — grant Gear Gauge to people from the toolbox's Permissions Panel.
CourtReserve credentials for all three locations are managed once for the whole toolbox — Lodge Locker uses them through the server and never sees the keys. For anything the API can't provide, import a CourtReserve report export below.
